No.01 is the firmer option. Our shredded memory foam pillows are moldable and adjustable, if you like a firm pillow, we suggest you choose No.01 as it maintains the needed firmness for your head while still allowing it to shape itself into the pillow. Providing the ultimate comfort for your head and neck.

If you like your firm shredded memory foam pillow to be higher, you may choose to add in some extra shredded memory foam that comes with each pillow. If you like it to be lower, then you may take out some of the filling from the pillow.

Both NUMA pillows come with a removable and washable woven soft case!
